Year 9
Advised by:
Dr. Thomas Winkler, IMIS, University of Luebeck
Intention:
The intention of the project is to approach space in its present digital form
in a playful and experimental way. Furthermore, the differences and common
ground of real physical space on the one hand and virtual space on the other
hand are to be experienced and converted into digitally extended room installations.
By adding digital functions to self-made real objects and by producing models
of these objects in virtual space as an extension of real environments, the
project devotes itself to the interface of real and virtual space. Real physical
space and virtual space are confronted and reflected upon in various constellations.
The project uses a greater variety of techniques and digital tools than the
other projects.
